Vacations are a much-needed, well-deserved break from life at work and at home. It is a time to unwind, to celebrate, to rejuvenate, to see new places and try new things. Wearing a comfortable corset will help you achieve your goals more quickly. Invest in a quality, bespoke corset that is made to your body’s specifications.

“Season” your corset or “break it in” before you start waist training for long periods of time. This means the first time you lace up your corset, don’t lace it too tightly. Start by wearing your corset for 1.5 – 2 hours the first time you wear it and gradually increase your wearing time up to 8 – 10 hours per day. Then go ahead and lace it more tightly. Waist training requires patience, consistency and devotion. Your body needs time to adjust to wearing it.

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eat small, nutritious meals throughout the day. You will become fuller faster with less food while maintaining high energy levels.
